Calm Under Fire
Calm Under Fire was created to help veterans and everyday people become stronger mentally, physically, financially, and spiritually. The purpose of this business is to motivate veterans to take the next step toward becoming the warrior that already exists within them. Calm Under Fire focuses on fitness development, financial freedom and wealth building, mental health awareness, and spiritual growth. The goal is to remind people that hard times, trauma, pressure, and setbacks do not have to define them. Through motivational content, apparel, real-life stories, and support, Calm Under Fire encourages veterans to stay disciplined, keep fighting, trust God, and continue building a better future for themselves and their families.
I am a Marine Corps veteran from North Carolina who joined the military in 2015 and served for 5 years. After leaving the military, I struggled with the difficult transition into civilian life, including mental health challenges, financial hardships, identity struggles, and spiritual battles. There were times when I felt lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of my purpose. However, through prayer, faith in God, therapy, and learning how to take control of my life again, I found clarity, healing, and a new sense of direction. After overcoming many of those struggles, I realized that I wanted to give back and help other veterans who may be going through the same battles. That desire led me to create Calm Under Fire in 2026, a business built to help veterans improve their mental health, financial wellness, spiritual growth, and physical fitness while reminding them that they are never alone in the fight.
